Kathy Ma is an Assistant Professor of Management in the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business at Texas A&M International University. She has published a number of journal articles and conference proceedings in such outlets as “Human Resource Management Review,” “Journal of Vocational Behavior” and “Journal of Organizational Change Management.” She specializes in the area of employee turnover with an emphasis on how sociopolitical processes and cognitive schemas affect turnover outcomes within, and outside of, the U.S.
