    I want my students to be prepared to be nursing leaders in any specialty area they choose.

    I do a mix of assignments from working independently to working as a group to where the students are engaged and actively learning.

  • What advice would you give to those considering this online program?

    Don't think about it anymore, you will always find an excuse not to go back to furthering your education. Just apply and start the beautiful journey of enriching your mind.

    This degree will help the student stand out from the rest by being more prepared in our challenging times nursing might endeavor to us.

  • Why did you start teaching?

    I wanted to be a part of nursing students’ foundation by passing down my nursing experience, along with motivating and instilling in them to be great leaders.

  • What is the one book you think everyone should read?

    All nursing books; they each have something unique to teach you on how to be aspiring nurses.

    I love to bake and try new recipes from scratch.
