Career Highlights:
I have held various positions from programmer to manager for Fortune 50 companies. I developed and managed mission-critical applications that generated millions of dollars in revenue. I am well-versed in applying classroom theories to real-world production applications. I have hands-on experience in coding, testing, data warehousing, IT project and program management. I taught over 25 undergraduate and graduate-level IT courses at various universities.

Why did you start teaching?
I wanted to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I wanted to share how the real world functions using concepts taught in the classroom.
What advice would you give to those considering this online program?
Have enough time to read, investigate and research topics. You need to have a high level of discipline.
How can this degree help students prepare for the challenges of the field?
Students learn topics with real-world values. They learn theories with examples; they get opportunities to complete assignments derived from real-world scenarios.
